REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. Scope & Definitions

“Customer” means any person or company who uses our services via the Website.

“Services” refers to all shipping, forwarding, storage, and related services provided by EarthShipments.

“Return” means the process of sending back goods or requesting a service cancellation.

“Refund” means reimbursement of eligible fees paid by the Customer for Services.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • If you request cancellation before your shipment leaves our facility, you may receive a partial refund for the unused portion of your international shipping fee.

  • Domestic shipping fees (for packages sent from your home or business to our U.S. facility) are non-refundable, as that service has already been used.

  • The refunded amount will be returned as credit to your EarthShipments Wallet, usable for future shipments.

  • Returns of physical goods are subject to the original merchant’s return policy. EarthShipments acts solely as a forwarding agent and cannot guarantee merchant acceptance or refunds.

  • We can assist with return forwarding, but return shipping, customs duties, and taxes remain the customer’s responsibility.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

Email claims@earthshipments.com or call +1 844-888-8857 within 10 days of delivery or service issue.

Include your account number, shipment ID, tracking details, photos (if applicable), and a short explanation.

Once your return is verified or cancellation approved, we will process your refund or apply credit accordingly.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds or credits will be processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as EarthShipments Wallet credit, based on your eligibility and service type.

  • Certain fees — including shipping, duties, customs fees, storage, and optional add-ons — are non-refundable.

5. Non-Refundable Items & Conditions

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Services already rendered (e.g., domestic or international shipping completed).

  • Customs or government actions outside our control.

  • Goods damaged by improper packaging or inherent fragility.

  • Premium options already performed (e.g., express service, special handling).

6. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

  • If EarthShipments arranges a return, a handling fee of 8% or a minimum of $10 (whichever is higher) applies.

  • Duties, customs fees, or taxes related to returns are also the customer’s responsibility.

7. Account Credits

  • Wallet credits do not expire as long as the customer’s account remains active within one year.

  • Credits may be used toward any future EarthShipments service.

8. Time Limits

  • Refund or return requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery or processing.

  • After that period, requests may be declined or only partially approved at EarthShipments’ discretion.

9. Modification of Policy

EarthShipments reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time. The “Last Updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
